The Caribbean Leadership Re-Imagination Initiative (CLRI) was founded in 2012 and established as a Unit of the Centre for Leadership and Governance at The University of the West Indies. The CLRI is engaged in research, publication, training, consulting, and public education in the areas of:

• Leadership philosophy
• Leadership development
• Social re-engineering
• Performance of public institutions
• Deepening public participation in the pursuit of solutions to issues of national concern
